1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Click2Send's shipping management platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
Click2Send provides a shipping management platform that enables businesses to manage parcels, generate shipping labels, track shipments, and integrate with multiple carriers. We act as an intermediary between you and various shipping carriers.
3. Account Registration
To use our Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use
4. Subscription Plans and Payment
Our subscription plans are billed monthly:
- Launch: £49/month
- Grow: £149/month
- Scale: £399/month
Payments are processed securely through Revolut. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time, with access continuing until the end of the billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal shipments or prohibited items
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Provide false shipping information
- Attempt to bypass security measures
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorisation
6. Carrier Terms
When using our Service to ship with third-party carriers, you also agree to comply with each carrier's terms and conditions. We are not responsible for carrier-specific policies, delays, or issues beyond our control.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Click2Send and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Click2Send shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
